年度保安报告
The 韦德买球网站PD prepares the 年度保安报告 in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy & 犯罪统计法. This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Holyoke Community College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, 校园. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, 预防犯罪, the reporting of crimes, 性侵犯, 还有其他问题.
The 年度保安报告 is prepared in cooperation with local law enforcement agencies and the offices of 学生事务, 体育运动, 及学生活动. Each entity provides updated information on their educational efforts and programs to comply with the Clery Act. 校园犯罪, arrest and referral statistics include those reported to the 韦德买球网站PD, designated campus officials, and local law enforcement agencies.
每年, an email notification is made to all enrolled students, 教师, and staff providing information on how to access the 年度保安报告 online; employees who do not have a campus email address will receive a postcard through campus mail which provides similar information. 学生 should familiarize themselves with of the 韦德买球网站 Student Handbook, which states that the student's 韦德买球网站 email account will be used to communicate with the student body.
